Rachel Burr is an executive coach, author, speaker, & people expert who brings a unique blend of insight, action, and humor to everything she does. Rachel has worked with leaders, organizations, and human behavior for over 20 years. In addition, she holds dual master’s degrees in psychology and organizational development.

Rachel believes the journey of growth and transformation is not about turning ourselves into something we’re not, it’s about stepping into the best of who we are and who we want to be.
